Normally only cook a 3.5 to 4.0 kg buff so was a little unsure of cooking time. Filled and cooked with my husband’s family traditional stuffing for 3 hours. Basted and cooked breast down as suggested on video with chicken and vegetable stock resulting in succulent, moist and flavoursome meat. Such a hit for our Christmas in July gathering after missing our traditional Devember get together, as a result of covid.
