Follow and complete the necessary prompts by entering your contact and shipping details, choosing a delivery or pick-up date and choosing your payment method to purchase your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order shortly afterwards.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you have used to purchase and a SMS to your phone number.

We encourage our customers to place their orders through our website to ensure we minimise any chances of human error on our end when placing your order. However, if you experience difficulties, please don’t hesitate to contact Mike from our online team on (02) 9987 4028.

We will call you prior to delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

The possible reasons could be the following:

– We only deliver to your address on a certain day/ time.

– we are booked out of delivery slots

If you cant see your suburb on the drop down list we dont currently deliver to your suburb.

Please contact our online team to modify an order. An order cannot be modified within 24 hours of your delivery date or if it has left our shop.

Some of our products are sold exclusively in our retail stores.

We are unable to cancel your order on the day of your delivery . If you want to cancel your order, please contact our online team on (02) 9987 4028.

As long as your order has not left the shop and is already out for delivery, you can call Mike from our online team at (02) 9987 4028 to change your order.

Once you have added all your selected products to your cart, click on the trolley icon located in the top right corner. Click checkout, and a new page will appear where you can fill out your contact and delivery information.

You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, American Express,PayPal. On mobile devices, we also accept Apple/Google Pay, Afterpay and Zippay

There is no minimum order amount. If you spent $195 or more, you will receive complimentary free shipping.

We do not offer same-day delivery as we do not pre-cut and pack our orders. All products are cut fresh to date and we require a minimum of 1-2 days lead time towards your chosen delivery day to be delivered.

After your refund has been processed by our ONLINE team, it can take up to 3 business days to process, other payment providers may take longer.

Enter your code at the checkout page in the box that is located underneath your order summary.

Some payment providers may hold your funds for 2-3 days as a security measure to verify the transaction in your account.

Due to the high demand for our products, we cannot reserve products.

On the day you have selected unless otherwise stated all orders arrive between 2pm and 7pm. We offer a competitive delivery fee and cover a huge delivery area but are unable to provide a closer time frame.

We offer free delivery for orders over $195, and a flat fee of $20 for all delivery orders.

If you are unable to accept the delivery of your order, it will be left in a safe location. We pack our products in thermal packaging with gel iced packs to make sure your meat stays cool throughout the duration of the delivery process.

Our courier will attempt to leave it in a safe place if they do not receive an answer. If a safe location is not accessible or available, the courier will take your package back to the shop.

We prefer someone to be home for delivery but deliveries will be left unattended if no one is there to accept. If a safe location is not accessible or available, the courier will take your package back to the shop until a safe location can be arranged.

Yes, gift cards hold a monetary value and if your gift card is equal to or greater than your cart total amount, you may use this as a payment method for the entire order.
