  • 1X tbsp butter
  • Himalayan pink salt (to finish)
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

How to Cook the Perfect Grass Fed Beef Steak

  1. Remove the steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature. This ensures even cooking.
  2. Season both sides generously with cracked black pepper. Hold back on salt until after cooking — our Himalayan finish adds the perfect touch.
  3. Heat a heavy skillet or BBQ plate over high heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and rosemary sprigs.
  4. Once hot, sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness and preferred doneness. Add butter in the last minute for a rich, glossy finish.
