Cooked longer than my normal favourite food, small Lamb Shoulder Bone In and Moroccan one was Yummy, undercooked Greek one so might be my fault, but not tender like smaller shoulders.

Perfect size piece for 3 people.
Marinate was super yummy (had the honey, mint & rosemary version).
Followed the cooking instructions given by one of the guys instore and it cooked so well and was well received.
