International Butchery Winners
Master Butcher Adam Stratton with over twenty years experience recently represented Australia in a Butchery Competition in New Zealand between the five best Australian Butchers against the five best New Zealand Butchers. Australia won the event which was held in Christchurch in 2011. The competition was judged on knife skills and displays and value added products from one lamb and one side of beef.
The next event will be a Tri Nation event between Australia, New Zealand and England in which Adam will again compete.
We also received an unofficial award from the reviewer of Bitcoin casino Australia. Yes, this award is not authoritative, but it was very pleasant for us, since our entire team loves to play in Bitcoin casinos in Australia, and this award made us all very happy. Also, a nice bonus was 150 free spins for each employee.
